Ready to join us? What will make you succeed in this position :

• Background in engineering, business, finance, or mathematics (aerospace / airline industries a plus) and consulting experience.
• Proactive, action-oriented, with a focus on execution, prioritizing practical results over theory.
• Strong soft skills, empathetic, and effective under pressure with excellent communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills, quick to learn, fast thinker, and strong attention to detail.
• Structured thinking with the ability to deliver clear, actionable outputs.
• Ability to lead independently and develop a deep understanding of how VOE operates.
• Strategic knowledge, with proficiency in frameworks, slide production, and Excel modeling.
