GLOBAL HEAD OF CONTENT MARKETING based in Barcelona (RELOCATION PACKAGE)

• Lead, develop and grow the Content, Design and Development teams.

• Establish a growth plan focused on content.
• Plan and execute new growth opportunities via content in several GEO's.
• Own self revenue including pricing.
• Work closely with the product team (web).
• Manage a team of 12.

Requirements

• Based in or willing to move to Barcelona. Alternatively, this job can be done from ANYWHERE in the world.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within different GEO's (performance / affiliate / mobile marketing).
• NO corporate mindset.
• Experience with generating outreach and direct response content.
• Experience with generating content to generate traffic and conversion (performance) for paid social, affiliate, blog, native etc.
• Experience working with product teams within the performance marketing industry.
• Proven People Manager.
• Not afraid to work in a SUPER fast growing and ever changing organisation.
• Solid track record of creating growth marketing strategies based on product & content.
