Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (Shifts available: 9-17 / 10-18 / 11-19)

What You'll Do

  • Find prospects to engage with to understand their business needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and drive revenue.
  • Conduct research on customer contracts and history using platforms like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and create customer-specific use cases to highlight the value of the solutions.
  • Manage your pipeline effectively, providing accurate updates to management on progress and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and expand product adoption across solutions.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term customer relationships, understanding business objectives and advising customers.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of outbound sales experience (prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and upselling).
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models.
  • Ability to analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Confidence in engaging with decision-makers and presenting to C-suite executives.
  • Experience in closing deals via phone, email, and social media.
