Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate team leaders to achieve and exceed sales goals within their teams.

Essential qualifications and skills include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven success in leading a team of cold door salespeople and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Fluency in English, as it is the official language used for internal communications across our global team in 5 countries.
  • Fluency in Spanish, necessary for managing a local team.

Nice to have:

  • Experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
