What are we looking for?

We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.

MISSION

Design and execute systems and processes to establish best-in-class sales channels, infrastructure, development programs, and enhance the sales team’s capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Urban and Rural GTM strategies.
  • Implement the Urban GTM as per the National Blueprint, focusing on towns with populations over 10 Lakh, including outlet and frequency planning.
  • In Rural GTM, select Town Classes and determine visit frequency.
  • Decide manpower levels and quality for Rural and Urban areas.
  • Manage channel structure and inputs.
  • Develop programs for Wholesale, Superstores, and Chemists.
  • Implement visibility initiatives.
  • Oversee IT developments, including DMS and other sales IT tools.
  • Monitor results, plan distribution drives, and manage outlet and beat data.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Achieving sales targets and distribution growth.

Key success factors:

  • University degree, preferably an MBA.
  • Over 6 years of experience in FMCG general trade roles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
