Job Description:

We are now looking for customer-focused employees for our client's office in Torrevieja!

We are searching for individuals who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. Our customers may find themselves in vulnerable situations, and it is important to us that they receive the right assistance. As a customer consultant, you will work as part of a larger team that helps and supports each other when needed.

Your tasks will involve receiving and responding to phone inquiries from customers needing roadside assistance. You will work within various systems to solve challenges effectively. Additionally, you will assist our partners in the insurance and automotive industries with questions related to roadside assistance.

Skills required:

• Experience in customer service is advantageous
• Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of data/technology
