Cloud Support Engineer

OFG selects Cloud Support Engineer profile to work for an important telco company.

Mandatory skills :

• Hands-on experience with Helm, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
• Linux, networking, and cloud environments (vSphere, OpenStack, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ansible.
• English (to be able to interact with the customer).

Additional Skills :

• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of SDN / NFV architectures and network automation.
• Experience / Knowledge with Open-Source MANO (OSM) or similar NFV orchestration frameworks.
