SAP BDC Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP BDC Specialist (Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP BDC and related technologies. SAP BW, SAP DataSphere, Databriack and most importantly Apache Iceberg technologies.)

Extensive experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and a strong understanding of various data integration and management technologies. This role involves working with cutting-edge features such as Zero Copy with Databricks, Apache Iceberg, bi-directional sharing, Joule, Knowledge Graphs, Data Product Generator in SAP BW, building Insight Apps, and data integration with platforms like Snowflake and Collibra.

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

SAP BDC Implementation : Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP BDC

solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Zero Copy with Databricks : Utilize Databricks Zero Copy technology for efficient data

management and sharing.

Apache Iceberg : Implement and manage data Lakehouse solutions using Apache Iceberg.

Bi-Directional Sharing : Implement and manage bi-directional data sharing processes to

ensure data consistency and availability.

Joule Integration : Integrate and leverage SAP Joule for enhanced AI capabilities.

Knowledge Graphs : Develop and maintain Knowledge Graphs to improve data

relationships and insights.

Data Product Generator : Utilize the Data Product Generator in SAP BW to create and

manage data products. Proficiency in working with SAP EAS.

SAP Insight Apps Development : Design and build Insight Apps to provide actionable

business insights. Hands on experience with SAP Analytics.

Data Integration : Ensure robust data integration with platforms like Snowflake and

Collibra, maintaining data quality and integrity. Preferably with QLIK or SNP. Experience in

data integration for Structures, Semi-structured and un-structured data.

DevOps Practices : Apply DevOps practices and manage infrastructure using

Terraform.

API Management : Develop and manage REST and SOAP APIs, with working knowledge

of KONG.

Reporting : Good to have knowledge in developing report with Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations,

and best practices.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :

Proficiency in SAP BDC, SAP BW, SAP Datasphere and related tools.

Experience with Databricks Zero Copy and Apache Iceberg.

Knowledge of bi-directional data sharing, Joule, Knowledge Graphs, and Data Product

Generator.

Strong skills in building Insight Apps and data integration with Snowflake and Collibra.

LANGUAGE :
