Kol Bd Manager

Source local crypto channels according to the platform's localization expansion plan. Act as the primary contact person for channels / KOLs, responsible for related events, campaigns, and feedback. Collaborate with the growth operations team and channels / KOLs to design and execute suitable campaigns to acquire more users, increase conversion rates, and boost trading volume. Expand local collaboration resources through business development, brand cooperation, and resource exchange. Monitor industry trends and customer drivers, discussing strategies regularly with the team lead and stakeholders. Maintain existing channel / KOL relationships, ensuring effective communication aligned with business progress.

Job Requirements :

• Fluent in the local language for effective communication with local counterparts
• Strong business acumen in crypto derivatives channels and established KOL connections in the crypto industry
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours to engage with the crypto community
• Familiarity with social media channels
