360 Tech Recruiter | Commission-Only | Remote | Up to €20K / month

We are seeking experienced, self-driven 360 Recruiters who want to own their success and generate high commissions + long-term client portfolios.

• This is a 100% commission-only role.
• You earn 60% of all fees from the clients you bring in and close.
• Top recruiters in our model are earning €15K - €20K / month in commissions.
• No salary. Full freedom. Uncapped earning potential.

What you will do :

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle (BD + delivery).
• Hunt, close, and manage your own client accounts (Tech & Digital).
• Source, interview & place top tech talent (developers, data, cloud, etc.).
• Build your own book of business and generate recurring income.
