QUALITY CORPORATE MANAGER

• Service Centers : We supply flat steel, aluminum, tubes, and 3D laser cutting for the main manufacturers in the automotive sector.
• Metal Structures : Design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and installation of metal structures for the road, agri-food, electrical infrastructure, and energy and data transmission sectors.
• Solar Steel : We design and supply solar trackers and fixed structures for the photovoltaic solar market.
• Storage Systems : We design, manufacture, and assemble comprehensive storage systems with the latest technical and safety specifications.
• Electromobility : We develop solutions and products for industrial applications and sustainable electric mobility.
• Precision Tubes : We manufacture high-precision carbon steel and stainless steel tubes with the best quality and the most advanced R&D.
• Laser Cutting : Providers of 2D and 3D laser cutting of metallurgical parts with the capacity for long and short runs, as well as services for handling metal parts and specific finishes.

Mission will be Creating, transferring and improving a Quality culture in Gonvarri, by identifying best practices and risks, supporting the sites in order to reach the excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities : Support to Plants

a. Support for needs associated with external regulations (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, CSR) and internal regulations (SGI)

• On-site support
• Creation of necessary documentation

b. Monitoring and support of the plants' SGI Plan (Quality Area)

c. Support with customer relations

• On-site support
• Participation in quality protocols for new plants
• Conducting internal process audits in preparation for customer audits

d. Implementation of the Gestamp-Gonvarri protocol

• Ensuring implementation and compliance

SGI (Integrated Management System)

a. Improve and update the unique SGI Audit standard

b. Define, develop, and implement an Integrated Management System for new plants, standardizing Gonvarri's Good Practices

c. Support SGI Regional Managers

Standardize Quality tools through TQM

a. Develop and document flowcharts, FMEAs, and generic Control Plans for the main production processes (Blanking, Slitting, Cut-to-length, Profiling…)

b. Develop and teach the TQM school

c. Maintain and update DRIVE

Obtain a comprehensive and accurate overview of Quality in Gonvarri

a. Define and monitor Quality indicators

b. Track and analyze corrective actions resulting from audits through Sygris

c. Monitor the Quality overview of our main automotive client (Gestamp)

d. Identify opportunities for improvement as outputs from the previous points

Maintenance and development of the Headquarters' Quality System

a. Conduct internal audits

b. Manage external audits

Centralization of some Quality-related administrative tasks

a. Negotiate framework contacts for IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 certifications

b. Manage external audits

c. Manage international standards within the Group

Studies and expertise :

• Engineering and / or Sciences Degree.
• Courses of post-degree, master and doctorates on Quality and / or Integrated Systems will be valued

Languages :

• German will be valued

Experience :

• At least 5 years of experience on similar position on Automotive Industry in a Lean environment.

Other essential requisites :

• Thorough knowledge of the Automotive Sector
• Automotive specific standards (IATF 16949 : 2015, VDA…)
• Core Tools
• Certification as an internal auditor will be valued
