Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer- and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment.
• Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers accurately and timely.
• Process visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware appropriately.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Notify management of cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, signage, and visual presentations.
• Support boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omnichannel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Foster an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt to company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Work quickly within strict timelines.
• Demonstrate teamwork.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication using headsets.
• Reliable attendance; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
