- In vitro gastrointestinal digestion of olive oil.

- Evaluation of bioavailability of bioactive compounds.

- Estimation of anti-inflammatory potential using cell lines.

Item 01: Academic training (Degree in food science and technology, biotechnology, biochemistry, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, agricultural engineering, environmental sciences and veterinary) (punctuation: 20)

Item 02: Additional training: courses related to the position (punctuation: 15)

Item 03: Verifiable experience related to the work to be developed (punctuation: 50)

Item 04: Personal interview. The interview will be conducted only with those all candidates who, in the sum of the merits, reach a minimum of 50 points. The possibility of carrying out a Doctoral Thesis and the availability for occasional geographical mobility (Ourense-Vigo or Ourense-Santiago de Compostela) in the framework of a collaborative project between research groups will be positively valued.
