At Draxton Central Services, located in Atxondo, we are looking to hire a Product Engineer.
In this role, you willdefine the product and tooling concept ensuring the feasibility/technical optimization of the product and tooling design according to business criteria, standards and characteristics of the destination plant, being co-responsible for the development of the defined product until sign off applying the lessons learned
You will report hierarchically and functionally to the Competence Center Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in co-design activities and propose innovative solutions to the customer.
- Define technical parameters and tooling concept during the RFQ phase.
- Analyze feasibility and optimize costs in collaboration with other departments.
- Co-design the product and tooling together with the Design & Simulation team.
- Ensure 3D updates are maintained in TEAMCENTER.
- Co-lead the industrialization process at the plant until final sign-off.
- Analyze tests (prototypes, PPAPs, etc.) and drive improvements.
- Document lessons learned and develop technical standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Engineering background
- Professional-level English proficiency
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles within the automotive sector

- Full-time position with flexible hours: start between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., end from 5:00 p.m. onwards. Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
