We are seeking a Customer Quality Engineer for our Viladecavalls office to join our Quality team. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by supervising product quality according to client standards and departmental control guidelines.

  • Coordinate problem resolution with customer and team using methodologies like 8Ds, 5 Whys, NMCAR, depending on customer requirements.
  • Manage defective material selection at customer sites and communicate guidelines to the Plant Quality Engineer.
  • Participate in defining and revising FMEA, Control Plans, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate customer visits and audits, including preparation of visits and presentations.
  • Assist in preparing for third-party audits following audit system guidelines.
  • Analyze production and measurement needs to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure effective use of quality system modules.
  • Propose and implement activities for continuous improvement based on customer feedback and future needs.
  • Participate in project-launch teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in the mobility industry.
  • Experience with 8D or similar problem-solving systems.
