LÍDER DE TURNO DE INGENIERÍA
Actualmente buscamos un/a Líder de Turno de Ingeniería para el área de Operaciones de Respiratorio. Se requiere titulación en Ingeniería, preferiblemente de la rama Electrónica/Automática con sólida experiencia en industria farmacéutica.
En dependencia del Líder de Área, la persona seleccionada se incorporará a un equipo de alto rendimiento, teniendo como misión principal la gestión de los equipos de mantenimiento y liderar mejoras en las líneas de Fabricación y Acondicionamiento de Respiratorio.
Se trata de una posición indefinida.

LÍDER DE TURNO DE INGENIERÍA
Actualmente buscamos un/a Líder de Turno de Ingeniería para el área de Operaciones de Respiratorio. Se requiere titulación en Ingeniería, preferiblemente de la rama Electrónica/Automática con sólida experiencia en industria farmacéutica.
En dependencia del Líder de Área, la persona seleccionada se incorporará a un equipo de alto rendimiento, teniendo como misión principal la gestión de los equipos de mantenimiento y liderar mejoras en las líneas de Fabricación y Acondicionamiento de Respiratorio.
Se trata de una posición indefinida.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Liderar y desarrollar los equipos de trabajo de mantenimiento, bajo su responsabilidad. Planificar y optimizar los cuadrantes de los equipos de trabajo, facilitando el mejor servicio posible a las líneas y equipos de producción.
- La persona que se incorpore trabajará implementando nuevos mantenimientos predictivos y preventivos, buscando mejoras la eficiencia y la OEE de las líneas, reduciendo el FR de los equipos, trabajando muy de cerca con los FLL de las áreas de producción, fabricacion y acondicionamiento de OR (Aerosoles y Líquidos), y zona T, reduciendo Desviaciones, y cumpliendo con Compliance/Data Integrity
- Trabajar en la mejora contínua liderando e identificando distintos ciclos de mejora, proponiendo soluciones y oportunidades innovadoras que apliquen tecnologías de Industria 4.0. y que apoyen la consecución de objetivos de forma excepcional. Optimizar la gestión de repuestos del área, dando el mejor servicio a las líneas de producción conteniendo el gasto y el stock de repuestos.
- Desarrollar y Mantener eficiente mente un programa de mantenimiento preventivo/predictivo para conservar los equipos en buen estado anticipándose a los posibles fallos.
- Participar de forma activa en los pasos previos a la instalación de nuevos equipos en el área. Planificar los mantenimientos preventivos del área, buscando las paradas de línea necesarias para llevarlos a cabo minimizando el impacto en producción
- Liderar proceso de seguimiento semanal de eficiencia de las líneas, en los distintos TPM del área. Asegurar el cumplimiento de GMPs, GQPs Guías del Grupo, Políticas, Normativa aplicable, guías de EHS, GES, normas de Seguridad y Prevención de riesgos y políticas de seguridad nacionales, del Grupo y políticas de Medio Ambiente.
- Titulación Universitaria en Ingeniería, preferiblemente en Electrónica/Automática.
- Conocimiento amplio en mecánica, electricidad, electrónica y autómatas.
- Sólida experiencia en el sector farmacéutico.
- Conocimiento amplio de GMP en la industria Farmacéutica.
- Experiencia previa en mejora continua, Performance Management y Problem Solving/DMAIC
- Conocimiento y manejo de SAP
- Nivel de inglés: B2
- Se valorará experiencia en el liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos de trabajo.
- Capacidad de negociación.
