About Us

We are hiring a Senior HR Analyst to join our HR team. This role involves configuring reports in Workday, analyzing HR data, and providing strategic insights to support HR and business goals.

Responsibilities

1. Design and maintain advanced reports in Workday aligned with business needs.
2. Focus on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, compensation, benefits, and engagement.
3. Create dashboards and ad-hoc reports for leadership and HRBPs.
4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR reporting processes.
5. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency.
6. Enhance data processes to meet business needs and foster high performance.
7. Maintain HR data quality and compliance across systems.
8. Partner with stakeholders to develop reporting solutions and insights.
9. Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
10. Serve as a key resource within the HR team for HR data and analytics.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, with expertise in Workday report configuration.
2. Bachelor's or Master's in Business Analytics, HR, Data Science, or related.
3. Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Workday Studio, or similar tools.
4. Experience with HR metrics, KPIs, and data analysis.
5. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
6. Understanding of HR processes and data governance (GDPR, etc.).
7. Familiarity with SQL, Python, R is a plus.
8. Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
