Junior Accountant (Temporary) with Spanish and Portuguese

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to be part of the Finance team based in Barcelona. If you have experience in Accounting we'd like to talk to you!

• Professional level of Spanish
• Professional level of English
• Professional level of Portuguese

Main Responsibilities :

• Efficiently oversee accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Generate and validate financial reports
• Ensure precise, up-to-date customer data management and control for smooth operations
• Manage internal invoicing processes
• Provide support for audits
• Contribute to monthly company reports, supporting the finance team with key data and insights

Core Skills / experience :

• Solid experience in accounting with a degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong grasp of general accounting principles and practices
• Advanced MS Office skills, including VLOOKUP functions and pivot tables; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Works well within a team to drive success and support colleagues
• Demonstrates a high level of dedication to tasks, ensuring quality and timely results
