Job Overview
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating change initiatives related to new commercial demands and product releases across European markets. This role ensures effective governance, supports deployment planning, facilitates regression testing, and manages critical changes to commercial systems, particularly those nearing decommissioning, to ensure seamless transitions and operational stability.
Responsibilities- Chairs and facilitates European CAB meetings to review, prioritize, and approve new commercial change requests.
- Represent Europe demand within the Global CAB
- Acts as the central point of coordination for new demand & product release schedules, ensuring consistency and synchronization across European markets.
- Collaborates with product teams, delivery teams and market SFA leads to resolve conflicts and streamline release processes.
- Provides initial feedback to new demand coming from markets and hence becomes the first filter before cascading to Product Owners and Product Manager for their in-depth assessment.
- Monitors release progress and addresses escalated issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Provides guidance and resources to European market teams for regression testing of commercial systems post-change.
- Assists in developing and maintaining a comprehensive roll-out calendar for commercial changes and product releases.
- Identifies dependencies, resource needs, and potential bottlenecks to optimize deployment schedules.
- Ensures alignment between market-specific plans and the overarching European strategy.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of experience related Commercial experience; CPG experience preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on Sales Force Automation / Field Sales Mobility projects and solutions.
- Strong people management skills experienced in supervising teams of 5+ resources in different locations with different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
- Proficient in written & spoken English is a MUST.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Is ready to travel (25% minimum).
