CPR and Outside Plant Expert

Experience and expertise (between 7 and 10 years):

• NOC technician with experience in management and support of Outside Plant (PExt) and Customer Private Networks (CPN).
• Experience with physical network infrastructure (pressurised copper, fibre optics, junction boxes, CTOs).
• Solid knowledge of Fibernet equipment used in customer networks for business services.
• Experience managing private networks in a multi-client environment (Enterprise area).
• Ability to analyse, review alarms, diagnose faults, and escalate to field equipment or higher support.

Functions:

• Supervision of the Fibernet network at customer sites.
• Management of alarms, incidents, complaints, and coordination with FLM.
• Identification of dark fibres, topology analysis, and customer circuit tracing.
• Generation of monitoring logs and technical reports.
• Coordination with outside plant maintenance companies (FLM).
• Continuous communication with customers and the CGP to guarantee response times and quality of service.

Tools:

• Alarm and ticket management systems: iGRI, MAR / Genesys, SSFO.
• Fibernet supervision platforms.
• Inventories and network diagrams: GeneXus, junction maps, and FO plans.

Office automation: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.

Language:

• Spanish is mandatory.
• English will be an asset.

Additional details:

• Willing to work on 11 shifts (rotation) with extra payment.
• Native Spanish speakers preferred.
• Full-time employment, mid-senior level in IT industry.
