One of our companies is currently looking for an iOS Engineering Manager in Spain .
In this role, you will lead a senior team of iOS developers and QA professionals to deliver high-quality iOS applications. You will oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning and execution to tracking software quality and performance. As an iOS Engineering Manager, you will ensure the application development process follows best practices, such as CI / CD, automated testing, and code reviews, while collaborating closely with the Product team to meet business and product goals. This position requires leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit to drive team success.
Accountabilities :
- Lead and manage a team of senior iOS developers and QA engineers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications
- Oversee the development and maintenance of iOS applications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvements
- Define and implement software development best practices, such as CI / CD, automated testing, and code reviews
- Monitor key metrics to assess application health, including performance, stability, and quality
- Collaborate with the Product team to align development efforts with the product roadmap and business objectives
- Assess the technical feasibility of new projects and features, providing estimates and recommendations
- Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements :
- Over 4 years of experience leading iOS and QA teams, ensuring alignment with product and business objectives
- Strong experience (4+ years) in developing iOS applications and managing delivery, quality, and processes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies in dynamic environments
- Expertise in automated testing, CI / CD pipelines, and code reviews
- Strong communication skills to lead discussions and provide technical guidance
- Ability to assess technical feasibility and provide strategic recommendations
