Role Overview
The operation engineer plays a vital role in maintaining and operating simulators, serving both internal and external customers, including instructors, plant operators, auditors, and inspectors. This role offers a professional environment with high standards of quality and safety, acting as an interface between users and simulation technology, complemented by knowledge of plant operation.
Candidate Profile
We seek an engineer with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience operating nuclear power plants. The ideal candidate will be capable of conducting operational tests on simulators, diagnosing situations, and specifying work orders after a brief training period. Essential qualities include decision-making skills, teamwork, operational and project management abilities, leadership, and a commitment to high-quality service.
