In this position, you will :

  • Lead the performance management process, ensuring evaluation criteria, cycles, and feedback mechanisms align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to refine performance evaluation methods and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, identifying training needs and coordinating delivery.
  • Support the CPO on HR operations, including salary benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and implementing the compensation framework.
  • Manage complex employee relations and collaborate on defining HR strategies.
  • Partner with leadership to provide HR advisory and policy guidance.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on performance management and learning & development.
  • Solid experience in HR operations, employee relations, and compensation structures.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly adaptable and proactive, able to quickly reprioritize based on evolving business needs.
  • Thorough knowledge of Spanish labour legislation.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with strong Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced international or startup environment.
  • Previous exposure to tech companies or deeptech industries.
  • Hands-on experience managing HR processes across multiple countries, with knowledge of international labour laws.
