Responsibilities

  1. Assist in accelerating Crossmint’s growth by working closely with founders and leadership to:
  2. Identify and prioritize opportunities with enterprise customers and startups.
  3. Manage end-to-end enterprise sales, including negotiations and closing deals.
  4. Serve as a thought partner to clients, brainstorming innovative blockchain use cases that reach millions.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and partner relationships.
  6. Become a market thought leader by understanding regulations and latest technical innovations.
  7. Deeply understand the product and collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer needs.

About You

You should have a proven sales record, preferably in a related field, and be a natural salesperson:

  1. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus. Able to clearly articulate data, context, and impact of our services/products.
  2. 3-10 years of professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or management consulting, with deep knowledge of the web3 ecosystem.
  3. Strong sales instincts to motivate teams and persuade clients to adopt our products.
  4. Creativity and vision to anticipate future trends.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills, thriving under pressure.
  6. An entrepreneurial mindset capable of succeeding in a fast-paced environment and continuously seeking new business opportunities.

Preferred Experience

We value candidates who have:

  1. Experience working on technical products or developer infrastructure.
  2. Used or worked with crypto as consumers.
  3. Founded a company.
