  • Achieves sales results in the geographic area assigned (regions : Levante Norte including Barcelona and periphery, Galicia, Basque Country, Asturias, Valencia, Balearic Islands).
  • Follows bids and tenders in the territory in conjunction with the Customer Service department.
  • Negotiates with identified private groups, even outside of the assigned territory.
  • Attends congresses and events.

Management :

  • Manages a team of agents and Key Account Managers (KAM).
  • Assigns sales objectives and monitors sales results through reports and analysis.
  • Coaches the team to improve performance.
  • Spends time in the field with the team.

Stakeholder Management :

  • Establishes and maintains ongoing business relationships within the territory with key clinical opinion leaders and hospital administration roles (e.g., Head of Pharmacy, Head of Purchases).

Requirements :

  • Knowledge of procedures related to public tenders, competence in radiology and healthcare markets, and proficiency in PC use for reporting and sales analysis.
  • Experience in sales to public and private healthcare centers.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory (Levante Norte).
