We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our team here at ROKA. As a ROKA Demi Chef de Partie,you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. Our Demi Chef de Partie, are hardworking, dedicated and passionate about all things food.

ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. Located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel in Canyamel Valley, Roka Mallorca offers diners a seasonal, alfresco pop-up of lazy summer evenings, beautiful dishes, creative cocktails, and live DJs.

ROKA embodies the spirit of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience, (RO) symbolises the atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the Robata. Roka Mallorca is proud to be part of the Azumi collection.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that all food products are consistent with recipes
• To maintain all mis-en-place at a sufficient levels to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during the service period whilst controlling food quality, consistency, appearance and taste
• To work straight or split shifts depending on the needs of the business
• To oversee correct handling of raw products whilst ensuring quantities are prepared in accordance with recipes
