The main goal of the Major Incident Management team is to restore normal service operations swiftly during high severity incidents, minimizing business impact and maintaining service quality and availability within SLA limits.

Objectives of the High Priority Incident Manager:

  • Coordinate rapid restoration of normal service
  • Minimize incident impact on business
  • Ensure consistent incident processing
  • Support resources as needed
  • Provide information to optimize support processes and reduce incidents
  • Manage high severity incidents during and outside business hours as per contract
  • Form SRT team via technical bridge when necessary
  • Coordinate resolution across service lines

  • Knowledge of ITIL framework
