Location: Golden Miles Business Park, Carmona, Cavite

Schedule: Mon-Thurs: 8am-6pm

Friday: 8am-5pm

Job Descriptions

1. Liaise with the COMPANY and "CLIENT" for the administration of Health Plan, Insurance Coverage, and Dental Program.
2. Report and monitor receipts of additions/deletions, endorsements, billing, membership IDs from Principals, Dependents, and Extended Dependents of "CLIENT" in coordination with the COMPANY.
3. File and monitor the status of claims filed for reimbursement by members after pre-adjudication of claims and completeness of claim documents in coordination with the COMPANY.
4. Immediately report to the COMPANY any case needing urgent attention.
5. Assist the COMPANY's assigned Retainer Physician in preparing reports for submission to the COMPANY.
6. Coordinate for annual physical exams and executive check-ups with the COMPANY, Client, and Retainer Physician(s).
7. Assist retainer physicians during consultations, including taking vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
8. Dispense clinic medicines as needed under the guidance of the retainer physician(s).
9. Assist in emergency treatment cases requiring urgent medical attention, under physician guidance.
10. Record and maintain patient medical data gathered during consultations and treatments.
11. Assist patients during hospitalization, including documentation for SSS, PhilHealth, and HMO claims.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
