We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist with a passion for technology. In this position, you will work in a dynamic team at our office in Barcelona. Your responsibilities include identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues efficiently and accurately, collaborating with peers and other customer-facing departments. Being a Customer Support Representative at Bridgestone Mobility Solutions means being technically minded, a problem solver, and customer-focused. You will join a team of 9 colleagues dedicated to the UK region, based in Barcelona, reporting to the Regional Team Leader.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Provide product information and support through multiple channels (phone and email);
  • Offer personalized customer service, effectively solving issues and inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction;
  • Manage customer expectations proactively;
  • Update our CRM system (Salesforce) with relevant information during customer interactions;

Coordinate with peers and cross-departmentally to deliver complete and well-researched answers to customers.

Who are you?

There is no specific career path to become a Customer Support Specialist, but the ideal candidate profile includes:

  • Successful experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Eagerness to learn new products and technologies and apply this knowledge;
  • Ability to be proactive and reactive, detail-oriented under pressure;
  • Ability to follow standard processes within set service levels;
  • Team player mentality;

Previous experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous.
