Territory Sales Executive (Abia + Enugu)

Position Description

The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for driving retail sales across the channel. This includes channel partner recruitment, engagement, and training of third-party sales agents. The TSE is also responsible for channel productivity and profitability.

  • Manage the PAYGO Channel.
  • Oversee SEP onboarding, management, and monitoring.
  • Drive sales of recommended SKUs within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the route to market (RTM) to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor stock levels at ECs to prevent stockouts.
  • Implement field initiatives to boost sales.
  • Develop strategic plans to build capacity in the immediate coverage environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the PAYGO Channel effectively.
  • Oversee SEP onboarding, management, and monitoring.
  • Drive sales of targeted SKUs within the territory.
  • Implement RTM strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Regularly monitor stock levels at ECs to avoid stockouts.
  • Execute field initiatives to increase sales.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance capacity in the coverage area.

Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy, or related industries focusing on territory development and product sales.
  • Strong field sales knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the coverage area is important.
  • Residence within the coverage area is an advantage.

Aba, Akwete, Nsulu-Ukwa, Ohafia, and Arochuwu.
