Director / a Spa y Restaurante en Barcelona

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director / a Spa y Restaurante at Cooking Europe in Barcelona. The Director / a will be responsible for overseeing spa management and restaurant operations. Daily tasks will include managing customer service, budgeting, training staff, and conducting sales initiatives. The Director / a will ensure the smooth operation of both the spa and restaurant, delivering high-quality service and achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• Management and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Sales
• Competence in Training staff
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Fluency in Spanish, English and Russian is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
