Our customer is a world’s leading pay-per-click (PPC) performance display advertising company and a partner of over 3000 ecommerce brands. They are commercially present in 40 countries with a head office in France. Their product enables online e-commerce sites to expand their search marketing campaigns to re-engage visitors who have left their website. It improves online shopping experiences by bringing the performance metrics of search to display advertising. The solution is measurable, scalable, and priced on a CPC basis, driven by user intent. It helps advertisers reach more customers, increase online sales volume with similar conversion rates, and achieve higher return on ad spend. Personalized banners outperform standard display ads and other retargeted banners, leading to better click-through rates, increased on-site conversions, and higher average order values.

Requirements :

  • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner
  • Knowledgeable about the lead-to-cash process
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud declarative features
  • Proven experience in gathering and translating complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications required
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks)

Higher Education :

Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, developers, and architects
  • Manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Support Salesforce configuration, testing, UAT planning and execution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the Salesforce platform
  • Collaborate with development teams to prioritize features in line with product and tech roadmaps
  • Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud capabilities to influence future solutions
  • Support data quality initiatives, reports, and dashboards
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and propose relevant enhancements
