Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Content Tagging Specialist to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
The Tagging Steward Service supports global tagging framework implementation, manages tagging incidents, and resolves questions related to tagging across multiple platforms. The specialist will work with business stakeholders to explain the importance of quality tagging for business performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to questions and addressing issues raised by the tagging community.
- Running reports to analyze tagging implementation across platforms.
- Supporting dashboard and report setup for capability tracking and ongoing projects.
- Assisting in creating and submitting tagging project demands.
- Managing tagging value updates and maintaining internal tagging sheets.
- Maintaining tagging master data document framework.
- Monitoring and reporting on tagging project progress.
- Identifying and supporting mitigation of potential risks and issues for assigned projects.
- Escalating technical issues to support teams and managing incidents via MyServices.
- Supporting setup, delivery, and debriefing of workshops for TA champions on Tagging & Attributes.
- Refining processes for Brand Attributes updates, including submission dates, workshop planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Supporting setup, delivery, and debriefing of monthly AM&T proposal meetings.
- Implementing system, process, and tagging attribute enhancements.
- Ensuring systems are fully functional for tagging across channels.
- Creating tagging communications and training content.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of metadata management and tagging principles.
- Experience with content management systems and digital asset management platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in creating training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Solid customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Semantic Web technologies (RDFS/OWL, RDF, SPARQL, SKOS, etc.) including ontology/taxonomy modeling and data integration.
- English fluency; German or additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
