Position Overview
We are seeking two highly skilled, trilingual customer care professionals fluent in Swiss French, Swiss Italian, or Swiss German, with conversational skills in the other two languages, to join our remote team on a part-time basis. This position supports a premium client in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, complaints, adverse events, and concerns.
- Handle order entry for patients and clinics.
- Document inquiries accurately following company procedures.
- Investigate and resolve shipment, return, credit, and order issues independently.
- Escalate complex cases as necessary.
- Process credits, returns, and expedite customer orders when required.
- Onboard and set up new patients, maintaining precise records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clinics for seamless service.
- Maintain patient prescriptions and records; participate in customer care meetings and training.
- Follow company procedures related to complaint management and compliance.
Ideal Profile
Skills & Qualifications :
- Native-level fluency in Swiss French, Swiss Italian, or Swiss German, with conversational skills in the other two languages, and professional English proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in leading conversations and asking pertinent questions.
- Experience interacting with healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors.
- Ability to multitask while achieving targets and metrics.
Training & Work Schedule
- Paid training program.
- Work hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CEST. Part-time shifts between 9 AM - 1 PM or 2 PM - 5 PM.
- Training begins mid-April.
- Training pay : 24 EUR / hour; during production : 25 EUR / hour.
Technical Requirements
- Internet : Broadband connection with Ethernet LAN.
- Hardware :
- RAM : 8GB or more.
- Storage : 10GB free space or more.
- Screen resolution : 1920x1080 preferred.
- Wired USB headset.
- Operating System : Windows 11+ or macOS 13+.
Requirements
Education & Experience :
- Required : High school diploma.
- Preferred : Bachelor's in life sciences, health sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (required).
- Preferred : 5+ years, especially in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors with supply chain knowledge.
