You will be joining our growing specialist Land & Property team within Quintas Energy in a supportive role to assist with the management of existing assets and development of new solar parks. Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Land & Property Assistant to support our Land & Property team in managing a large and diverse portfolios of Solar PV assets across the UK. In this role, you will also contribute to the development of new renewable energy assets, helping to drive forward our clients’ sustainability goals. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team within the renewables sector and to build your skills in a dynamic and rewarding field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management:
Support the team in managing various contracts and leases across Quintas’ clients’ portfolios, ensuring all agreements are effectively managed and administered. - Daily Operations Support:
Assist Client Managers in the day-to-day management of sites, including monitoring and resolving site incidents to their conclusion. - Landlord & Tenant Relationship Management:
Help maintain positive and productive relationships between landlords and tenants to ensure long-term site security and effective communication. - Landscaping & Environmental Projects:
Assist with the management and coordination of landscaping, environmental, and ecological enhancement projects to meet operational and client expectations. - ESG Reporting & Client Enhancement:
Support the collection and preparation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data and reports, and assist with client-driven improvement projects. - Professional Works Assistance:
Provide support with a range of professional activities, including planning applications, lease variations, land registry updates, and property-related tasks. - Process Implementation & Management:
Contribute to the implementation and ongoing management of both internal and external processes to ensure best practice across all activities. - Team Administration & Scheduling:
Carry out administrative tasks for the team, including maintaining project schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting overall team effectiveness.
