Job Title : Personal Assistant

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting a Senior Vice President in all administrative and coordination matters, ensuring effective interface with all departments and organizations within the company. You will provide a comprehensive range of secretarial services to support the SVP and familiarize yourself with the content of the cases handled by the SVP to prioritize and highlight key issues requiring resolution.

The success of this role depends on your ability to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the SVP's office in a proactive and timely manner, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support during management meetings, including note-taking and logistics management.
  • Track and process expense reports, manage reimbursements, and verify team expense submissions.
  • Assist in project management, coordinate tasks, and monitor deadlines.

Qualifications :

  • Secretarial diploma, College Diploma in office administration, or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
