The Opportunity

This individual will be responsible for developing the strategy to support and build a measurable playbook that allows SBG supporting teams to deliver on client expectations while assessing opportunities for value addition, business growth, and strategic discussions with business owners.

The Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement the global sales strategy aligning with SBG client priorities and goals.
  • Support and reinforce delivery across support areas for all supporting sites.
  • Ensure achievement and alignment to operational KPIs alongside the global sales delivery director.
  • Maintain continuous alignment of support operational teams at site level with global operational frameworks, standards, and processes.
  • Manage internal and external governance, including complex business reviews with senior client partners.
  • Align local functions (WFM, wellbeing, QTP, compliance) to meet client requirements effectively and act as one.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance service, reduce costs, and improve perception.
  • Manage operational budgets, optimize margins and revenue, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Support business growth opportunities (RFPs) and the launch of new programs and sites in line with global standards.
  • Visit sites within the network regularly to align with local leadership, host client meetings, and support audits.

The Qualifications

  • Higher education degree.
  • 5+ years of operational experience in complex, multi-site global client environments.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Native or C1-level English proficiency.
  • Financial management and operational budgeting skills.
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex operational insights.
  • Strong communication skills with multicultural experience.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to empathize and create win/win scenarios.
  • Stakeholder influence skills to gain support for initiatives.
  • Agile, growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
