Role Overview : Ensures that the processes related to the efficient execution of orders are properly carried out and that the Sales Operations team operates in alignment with objectives and timelines. Guarantees CRM is correctly configured and updated for each event to meet objectives and process orders accurately. Manages floor plans and inventory, leads the Sales Operations Analysts team, acts as the CRM (Salesforce) expert, and manages floor plan software like AutoCAD and ExpoCAD.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversees planning, execution, and evaluation of Sales Operations activities.
  • Collaborates with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Designs and implements processes related to Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Analyzes sales performance and provides training and support to sales teams.
  • Ensures streamlined downstream delivery of contracts and products, supporting revenue recognition and product fulfillment.

Leadership and Team Coordination :

  • Coordinates a team of Sales Operation Analysts, including resourcing, performance management, coaching, and development.
  • Leads cross-divisional projects and fosters an environment of continuous improvement.

Order to Cash and Fulfillment Process Management :

  • Works with SSC to ensure process accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintains sales order processes, communicates changes, and troubleshoots issues.
  • Provides support to team members and manages KPIs such as opportunity rejection rates and case queries.
  • Prepares reports and dashboards (Power BI), manages inventory, and coordinates event setups in CRM.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Experience managing floor plans with AutoCAD and ExpoCAD.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.

Requirements :

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Operations systems, with training capabilities.
  • Over 5 years of leadership experience in Sales Operations.
  • Experience with KPIs / SLAs and project management.
