ETRM Senior Business Analyst

Tremend is looking for an ETRM Senior Business Analyst to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to address our client’s most complex and challenging problems across various industries. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will play a key role in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.

Your Impact:

• Partner with clients to articulate business goals and identify value pools to shape product propositions that deliver transformative outcomes or enhance customer experience.
• Develop solution hypotheses iteratively based on your and the team’s experience, guiding product development; validate these with user testing.
• Translate product strategy into a roadmap with well-defined, prioritized user stories, features, and enablers to realize the product vision and help the client achieve long-term advantages.
• Set objective goals for the product using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes.
• Design and enable solutions or digital transformation initiatives that improve business value delivery and responsiveness, applying Lean and Agile practices.
• Articulate technology-based solutions, present in new business situations and workshops, and navigate complex client scenarios.
• Serve as the first point of contact to identify, manage, and resolve requirement questions, dependencies, issues, and risks with onshore and offshore teams and the business.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, teams, and vendors; influence without authority.
• Inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Analysts to foster continuous improvement in developing best-in-class digital products and services.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Successful experience managing digital solutions in the ETRM space from ideation to launch, including engineering and operational quality.
• Deep knowledge within the energy & commodities industry.
• Hands-on experience with leading ETRM packages such as Endur, Rightangle, Aspect, or emerging ones like Beacon.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes in physical commodities, trading, or banking industries.
• Proven ability to prioritize demands and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• 5+ years’ experience delivering complex business or technology solutions, from design to system implementation in the ETRM domain.
• Interest in or experience with Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery methodologies.

• Technical knowledge of databases like SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, etc.
• Certified SAFe Product Owner/Manager or Agile Product Manager.
