Digital Agile Transformation Manager (m / f / d)

What you will enjoy doing

  • Ensure the continuity of the current business through digital transformation.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to streamline processes, improve project delivery, and enhance overall business performance.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to promote transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Coach project teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks, practices, and tools, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery through effective risk management, issue resolution, and progress tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and develop standardized Agile processes across the organization.
  • Provide feedback on benefits and improvements with tangible figures and use cases.
  • Participate in digitization and automation processes, contributing to the company's digital evolution.

What makes you great

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a strong record of implementing Agile methodologies, or 10 years in project management.
  • Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in homecare or healthcare settings is preferred but not essential; ability to navigate complex systems.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) is highly desirable; PMP, PgMP, CSM II, or BPMN certification in process is required.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., DevOps) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in French, Portuguese, Spanish, and/or German is a plus.
  • Participation in service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives.
  • Involvement in creating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) based on service needs.

This is a full-time position on a limited contract, with standard weekly hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
