Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support across various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high-quality service.


Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker
  • Fluent English (C1 level).
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • European passport or work permit for Portugal (no sponsorship provided).
  • Availability to work rotative shifts Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day
  • High school diploma mandatoty
  • 2 rotative days off per week.
