Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support across various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high-quality service.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- At least one year of experience in Customer Service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- European passport or work permit for Portugal (no sponsorship provided).
- Availability to work rotative shifts Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day
- High school diploma mandatoty
- 2 rotative days off per week.
