Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
- Provide effort estimations and work collaboratively with the Omega team and/or clients to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze and optimize application performance; identify technical risks and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with technology providers as needed.
- Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
- Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
- Train end users on new functionalities and proper software use.
- Implement technological advancements and ensure quality standards.
- Generate technical documentation and contribute to team training.
- Share technical knowledge within Omega’s community of practice.
- Identify methodological improvements and evaluate new products and systems for innovation.
Knowledge / Experience
- Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; knowledge of other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
- Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
- Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and coding standards.
- Ability to work independently and own applications.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
