Job Specifics:

  • This role is fully onsite and requires flexibility to work and rotate shifts: weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts, including overtime during peak seasons and as needed.

A Day in the Life

You’ll work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your routine will include managing your team, handling escalations, process improvements, and contingency planning. Collaboration with colleagues and external partners is essential to meet customer demands and targets. You will analyze data and performance metrics and discuss technical improvements with engineers.

About the team AMZL

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) manages last-mile delivery in partnership with third-party providers, aiming to deliver millions of products smoothly and efficiently. Our team is people-focused, supporting night-shift workers, and operates 24/7 in most locations. We innovate in delivery services, explore new logistics solutions, and work on reducing our carbon footprint with advanced vehicles and technology.

About the team FC

Customer Fulfillment (CF) started as a small team and has grown into a global operation handling over 1.5 million orders daily. Based in Fulfillment Centers, we manage inventory and facilitate fast deliveries around the clock. Our diverse team includes those working directly with products and data analysts helping optimize operations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
  • Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity across shifts
  • Support and lead a team, building a strong team culture
  • Analyze performance and suggest process improvements
  • Promote continuous process improvements in safety and productivity
  • Help pilot new service types, such as electric vehicles and cargo bikes
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of experience
  • Intermediate-Advanced English (B2+)
  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Lean manufacturing methodologies
  • 1+ years in a similar role
  • Project management experience
  • Experience managing KPIs and driving results
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related fields
  • Logistics background, preferably in First-Middle Mile Operations
  • Advanced English proficiency
