Novumgen is a diverse, integrated specialty pharmaceutical and biological company focused on investing, developing, manufacturing and supplying innovative products that provide benefits to patients and prescribers worldwide.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will consistently achieve sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process and delivered through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM).

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Implementing and managing commercial programmes and agreements to maximise sales benefit within key accounts.
  2. Working within allocated budgets and the company’s processes; understanding and appropriately using pricing and discount structures.
  3. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the market and identifying commercial threats and opportunities through market changes.
  4. Communicating implications and impact of commercial programmes to the company’s stakeholders including sales personnel, supply chain, marketing, and finance.
  5. Collaborating with stakeholders when making changes to programmes.
  6. Working closely with all key departments, specifically marketing, finance, and supply teams.
  7. Building and sustaining effective and long-term relationships with key customers and internal and external organisations.
  8. Acquisition of new business.
  9. Adhering to the company’s policies, procedures, and GDP Code of Practice.

Requirements:

  1. BASED IN SPAIN, WITH EXPERIENCE GAINED IN SPAIN
  2. FLUENT IN ENGLISH
  3. DRUGS SALES EXPERIENCE
  4. VALID DRIVING LICENSE
  5. MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
  6. Experience selling drugs to mainline wholesalers, short line wholesalers, and large pharmacy groups.
  7. Ability to learn and adapt to changes and new strategies.
  8. Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
  9. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customers’ needs.
  10. Excellent listening and negotiating skills.
  11. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  12. Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
