We are currently looking for a:

Under the supervision of the Department Head and/or Maintenance Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

• Read blueprints and instructions, examine surfaces to determine the type and amount of work required.
• Prepare the site (cover accessories, set up scaffolding, etc.).
• Prepare surfaces for painting (remove old paint, sand, fill cracks, etc.).
• Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and texture.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned.
• Assist other department staff. Teamwork is essential.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Painter.
• Responsible and methodical
• Organized
• Detail-oriented
• Flexible, practical, and professional approach
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in masonry, electrical work, locksmithing, carpentry, and other maintenance professions will be valued.

Conditions:

• Compensation according to experience and agreement.
