Senior Sales Operations Specialist - Iberia Region

The Senior Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for managing all Sales Operations activities including tender and contracts management for the Iberia region. You will work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure the timely submission of tender documents. You will coordinate and plan the contributions of all relevant teams and provide clear feedback to stakeholders about the current status of tenders.

This position is part of the Customer Services department and will be located on-site in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit all tender responses for Spain, including related documents, in line with the commercial strategy and ensuring timely submission.
  • Provide tender management backup for Portuguese tenders.
  • Process all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtain approvals, and maintain an accurate contract repository in SalesForce.
  • Create and follow-up on Service and Rental contracts.
  • Maintain accurate customer pricing, ensure prices are created in the ERP, and manage annual price renewals.
  • Work closely with Order Management to analyze and resolve pricing disputes and contract issues.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Over 5 years’ experience managing tenders and contracts in Spain and Portugal.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems such as SFDC.
  • Experience in Order Management.
  • Previous experience in the medical industry is an advantage.
  • Degree in Law.
