Your Day-to-Day

We embrace DevOps as a culture and methodology. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will enable rapid, quality product releases, leading to faster innovation cycles and greater impact on users.

Responsibilities include:

• Establishing and implementing observability requirements (monitoring, logging, tracing) to validate system and application health.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot reliability issues across software, application, and network levels.
• Developing strategies with technical leaders for cloud infrastructure automation and deployment.
• Making architecture and technology decisions impacting system functionality.
• Promoting best practices within the team and organization.
• Creating or implementing tools to improve application delivery.

Must-have Skills

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Quick learner of new tools and technologies.
• Experience in Development and engineering architecture.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Cybersecurity awareness.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Experience automating infrastructure and configurations in complex projects.

Nice-to-have Skills

• System administration experience.
• Scaling applications and capacity management experience.
