Responsibilities :

  • Lead data strategy and deliver actionable insights tied to growth priorities.
  • Define business logic for implementation across analytics and engineering.
  • Own core KPIs (LTV : CAC, retention, contribution margin) and their business linkage.
  • Drive proactive analyses that unlock new opportunities for growth.
  • Translate complex data into simple, compelling stories and presentations.
  • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards (Google Sheets)
  • Write, review, and optimize SQL queries for analysis and reporting.
  • Perform data QA to ensure output accuracy and consistency.
  • Act as a business-data bridge, ensuring stakeholder needs drive solutions.

Requirements :

  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in analytical work in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with a business-first mindset.
  • Expertise in SQL and advanced Google Sheets.
  • Skilled in translating data into clear, decision-driving narratives.
  • Experience with data QA best practices and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and the ability to work autonomously
  • Flexibility to work remotely on EST time
