About The Role

Role Summary

We’re looking for a driven, multilingual sales professional to manage both our national sales efforts in Spain and export sales to Italy and South America. This is a key commercial role with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with retailers and distributors in Spain.
  • Lead export sales to Italy and other Spanish speaking markets: manage client portfolio, execute contracts, and drive growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and margin objectives.
  • Plan, forecast, and execute market-specific strategies.
  • Ensure operational excellence in order fulfillment, pricing, and account support.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer events.
  • Potential to evolve into a team leadership role if experience and results allow.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, ideally in FMCG or distribution.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Autonomous, structured, and result-driven approach.
  • University degree in international trade, business, economics, or similar (preferred, not required)
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona (this is an office-based role).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern trade clients.
  • Background in FMCG or retail distribution.
  • Familiarity with the Italian market and/or export operations.
