We are seeking a commercially-minded, customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts in these regions. The role involves strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

This position is suitable for candidates with a solid background in packaging, automotive, or circular economy solutions who thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, managing contracts, and delivering proposals.
2. Act as the main contact for automotive accounts, fostering long-term relationships with decision-makers.
3. Collaborate with internal teams (product development, engineering, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions.
4. Monitor and forecast account performance, providing updates and strategic insights to the Head of Sales.
5. Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry innovations to influence strategy and product development.

Ideal Candidate

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2. Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in automotive or manufacturing sectors.
3. Self-motivated with strong initiative.
4. Results- and solution-oriented.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. High mobility and willingness to travel.
